The video only shows melee where they run towards each other with sword. What about ranged combat, magic, or skills? What does it look like?

After the last update, when I run the game.exe of a newly published project, I get an error stating that "steaminternal_contextinit could not be located in the dynamic link library" I also got a similar error at first about missing "steam_api.dll" but that one was easy to fix. Am I the only one with this problems? I thought that, once published, games were not related to steam. The previous version of this same game still runs without problem. Already uninstaled and reinstaled SRPG Studio two times and...

Can you use any materials from SRPG World in a game that you plan to release? If not, how would I know which ones I can't use?
