I think its more about combat advantage to Mud Gobs not food, may just be the same as grassland but with a combat advantage to Mud Gobs.
I did think there was a global one, to slowly change the world to dirt / mud but I can't find it, so may have dreamed that one up! Or wishful thinking! Or just seen it requested / wished for by players to the devs.
Northmen have one to change hexes to tundra.
There is a Mud Goblin building you need to build in one of your cities to get the Terraform Dirt spell. The building will also teach the Mud Walker ability to a unit near the city every 5 turns.
But I have 0 idea how to unlock Inherent School Spells.
The Single Tile Tundra spell is "Permafrost", Cold 12.
While the Spell that Slowly converts the whole map is called "Ice Age", Cold 18
change mountain to dirt (no need to terraform two times for grassland)
change ocean tile to dirt (no need to raise terrain two times)
can be use on many resources to change tile to dirt without removing the resource, only ancient tree, lumber, nuts, deer, mushroom is destroyed
Placing a farm on dirt with food bonus is quite nice. Dirt 1250 + 1200 banana =D
