None of my controllers work correctly

FPV Air 2 used to work ok with my Taranis QX7. But now the controls are strange. For example when I move the yaw stick left or right, the craft spins the same way in either case. This is true for my DJI FPV remote controllers too (I have both the old one and the new one). Any suggestions?

I just tried mine and had the same results. It looks like they don't support the HID interface. But they took the time to add Xbox support?! It doesn't even function like a real RC controller.

Very disappointing. Too late for a refund.

Buyer beware... This has all the hallmarks of a dead product that still accepts cash but doesn't provide maintenance or feedback. Fortunately the cost isn't high but it's still nasty to spend money and get nothing but aggravation and silence in return. Glad I didn't pop for the DLC before I discovered this.
