why is there a bunch of negative chinese reviews under game with english and japanese language only

this version is not for you, it's for english speaking and japanese speaking people
no one promised you anything
you are not entitled to get free chinese language update
you should be happy you've got anything at all

they think NN must grant an update to enable Chinese texts and UIs
then think if they purchased CN ver, there should be a loyalty discount or free copy of CN ver for EN ver holders
even nothing above, they expected a notes before release
BUT ALL NO
so most of that are angry and give a review-bomb

I try to prevent everyone to do this, but this action makes some guys much more angry and a guy even write aggressive words to me in his review...
