18+ patch not working

When I click the download button on the 18+ patch it just launches the game still censored. It doesn't download anything and there's no box on my library page to check. I've tried reinstalling the game.

Just restart steam and the patch will download. Any time you buy/add a dlc to a game it's always best to restart steam.

I'm having the same problem, I click the download button and it still won't work..... I've exited out of and turned back on steam several times and, well, nothing.

I recommend trying out the free18+ DLC through NekoNyan's website. I haven't tested it yet, but if you're having problems with the one on Steam, then maybe try that out
