Freedom Force Windows 10?

Have windows 10 downloaded the game from steam but it will not play i get this window that pops up saying alert:intru or something like that any suggestions to solve issue?

Win 10 32 bit here. I went to the file outside of steam and ran the compatibility wizard. Its running well so far.

Windows 10 x64 here. Navigate to c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Freedom Force and right-click fforce.exe. Select "Troubleshoot compatibility" and follow the prompts. Works fine for me now...

I just loaded the game, and though it plays, the controls are all wonky. Yes that is a technical term. I can't grab items with the cursor, I can't move correctly (I click on the ground and Minute Man goes the opposite direction or doesn't move), I used the action menu to move and Minute Man still goes the wrong way. I try to pick things up and he just smashes them and finally I try to talk to people and he beats them over the head. Any advice on how to remedy the problem?

That, gentelmen, is called the "first bug". It goes back to windows 8.1 and I have (thus far) been unable to find any bang dead solutions for it. I've looked pretty agressively. Damn shame as I FLIPPIN' LOVE FREEDOM FORCE! The only bright side I can give you is that Freedom Force vs the third reich seems to work fine

I am having a problem where I cannot control the character. I am asking for my money back.

I had all these problems, and launching fforce.exe from the local drive directly (outside of steam) threw an Application load error. What finally got me up and running was I when into compatibility options for the .exe and checked "Run as administrator." After that, I launch out of Steam and it plays just like it should. So far.....

My problem is with the tutorial, it begins with the interrogation lesson, then Minuteman runs off of the play area and won't come back!!!

I just tried the compatibility wizard, and Minuteman still runs off of the playing area. Does anyone know Gandalf the Gray's email address? I'm a Captain America fan and can't give up on anyone, even a melodramatic buffoon like Minutman.

Having the same issue. Tried the resolution trick, running in compatability mode & as administrator, keeping my curson on a non-fightable area of the screen during loading, and nothing worked.
