There is a very simple solution to that loud intro video, delete it. I did the first week I bought the game. Here is the pathway. D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Snooker 19\Unreal\Content\Movies
When deleted you will see a white screen instead of the video. Press any button to launch game from it.
