Devs Match timer needs to go

It has to go,who thought it was a good idea to have this in the game? Having a good online match,very close then the it ends mid frame and the person with the highest score wins.....Its really stupid to have included that...Shot timer is a good idea but at 30 seconds its too quick,you barely have time to think what shot you want to play and you are rushed.

Please somebody agree with this it can't just be me

You really need to remove the match timer and extend the shot timer.I hope you see this and give us your thoughts on this because its game breaking having the match just end because of a timer

I like the game but agree that the match timer should be removed or 15 minutes added to the time. The clock timer should be 45 seconds which I think gives ample time and the white flash after each shot is terrible and should be removed asap.

A few things need fixing, but the online timer needs to be one of the first you can't even finish a game

I am pleased other people find this bad.I hope they get rid of the match timer.I played about 6 games last night and 4 of them the match just ended when there was plenty of points to play for.

Used to play WSC Real back in the day on Xbox 360 and i remember some frames going on for over 40 mins in close matches.

Yeah, 20 mins is not enough at all, it should be unlimited. i had 3 4 good games last night close in points, plenty to play for boom match just ends :/ i see few people moaning about the '30 sec' shot timer, yes feel as tho some shots you have to rush a little, maybe have fast medium slow, at 30 sec 45 and 1min shot times or something but the 20 minute timer NEEDS to go!

Am i reading this right here...is there a limit on time for a frame? what happens if its reached? is it a case of whoever is winning gets the win? if that's the case then i'm double glad i refunded, wow this company's decisions are bordering on lunacy, no player creation, now this...are they complete morons?

Yep whoever is leading at the time the clock runs out wins.Whoever thought of that needs to be sacked

Its a shame you refunded though as i feel we need as many players as possible on PC.I do hope the game sells well though and we get a Snooker 20 or 21 as i feel bar a few bad things the game plays a good game of snooker.The best since WSC Real imo

The game play was fine in the 2 hrs i had with it, enjoyed it, but no custom player killed the immersion for me, some people may not mind, just not for me. And why in the world limit people in MP what difference does it make to them if a frame runs for 20 mins or 40 mins, why not let the actual players decide if they want to go on for that amount of time instead of treating people like idiots. I also notice they don't respond to any posts either..waste of time and money.

Its bank holiday weekend so they might be having a break until Tuesday which is understandable...But i am expecting a reply from them to this thread because a forced match time limit on frames is not very fun at all.Its too rushed and the clock don't even stop at all at any time it just relentlessly marches on counting down from 20 mins!!!

although i agree with you i think its a move made in order to stop people trolling people near the end of the match by not conceding when they clearly should, i can see it now matches going on for ages and ages because the opposite player is being a ♥♥♥♥ and not conceding when far behind

I would rather that than not being able to finish some good close frames.

I win and lose by that timer and it just feels a cheap way to win or lose.

It's shocking! We already have a shot timer so there is no need for a game time! Just get rid of it! I would like to see a chalk option and a tap on table when they play a good shot too:) Just make it more immersive. Im enjoying the game though.

I am not sure i cant stand this online until they fix it.This game was rushed out in time for the world championships with no consideration for the people buying it.it is so obvious that a 20 minute match timer would cause issues.I could go and give this game a bad review but i won't yet but this game should never have been released like this for the price it is with so many bugs and things missing.I hate this culture of buy now we will fix it later it is ruining gaming as much as lootboxes/gambling....How about we play now and buy later....

No word at all from the devs on here despite lots of threads of problems but they have time to post on twitter

The game should have been early access and priced accordingly
