Online tournament points not increasing

Having lost all my points since the patch ive managed to win my last 2 frames and still not increase from 16 points. Am i missing something if they concede?

I just won my next game 104 points to 4 and still on 16. Also didnt register my new high break on stats...

So is the online tournament broken then because I’ve won a few games and I’m not on the leaderboard. It says under pro record I’ve played 1 game when it’s more than that.

I just lost a frustrating match, technical issues throughout. My opponent must have thought I was strange - competent match play one moment, terrible shot selection the next.

Thanks for reporting this you say now?! This was reported right after patch came out, on reddit, twitter, here and everywhere. And ever since patch you have done nothing to fix this?!

We have been looking into this since the first report and thought update 1.03 would fix the issue. We are continuing to look into this as quickly as we can.

And now you put up the next tournament, starting 27th? What are we going to do up until then for ranks?`Unranks is just meh and singleplayer wont be touched...
