Welcome to the game. No official indication on how long until Conquest is released or even enters testing. With the completion of a Major update a few weeks ago its safe to say it could be a bit as the devs have described it as "building a game within a game"
That said MP with a high ping is fine as long as the connection to the game is stable as there isnt a way to rejoin a game. I regularly play games with ping of 200+.
Edit: Also there is a demo to which will take you all the way through the tutorial if you are wondering if the game is for you and you are worried about the refund window.
I think I'll keep the game anyway because it's not that expensive and at least skirmishes are kinda fun to muck around with even if I can't find a multiplayer game.
Zero chance of 2023
