When did the Glassbreakers Open Beta end?
The Glassbreakers Open Beta officially ended as of 11:59pm PST on January 8, 2024.

Why are you closing the Glassbreakers Open Beta?
We received a lot of data and player feedback and were able to reach some conclusions regarding what was being tested in the Open Beta.

When will we be able to play Glassbreakers again?
We have not announced a release date. Stay updated via our Discord channels as we will be updating our progress and sharing playtest opportunities there. We will also be updating the Steam FAQ when we have updates to share.

What happens to the in-game items I purchased?
Meta’s policy doesn’t allow developers to refund in-game item purchases, so we will work with individuals who purchased items in Glassbreakers and provide them with in-game items once we launch the game to show our appreciation for their support.

I heard there’s a new Founder’s Pack for people that played in the Open Beta?
That’s correct. We want to sincerely thank everyone who played and provided feedback during the Open Beta. To do that, we’re going to provide everyone who plays through January 8, 2024 a selection of exclusive Glassbreakers items when we release the game. This is in addition to the items we’ll give players who have previously purchased in-game items.

Will Glassbreakers be free when it releases?
No. Glassbreakers will launch as a paid app in the Meta and Steam stores. However, anyone who plays Glassbreakers by January 8, 2024 will receive the game for free upon its release on Steam and Meta platforms.

Will my progress be wiped?
We are currently evaluating how we can best maintain player progress based on the changes we’re making to the game.

When will Glassbreakers launch?
At this time we have not officially disclosed an official release date.

What platforms will Glassbreakers be playable on?
Our goal is to release Glassbreakers on the Meta Quest 2 and Quest 3, and SteamVR-compatible headsets, including Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest Pro, Rift, Index, and HTC Vive.

Does Glassbreakers offer online Crossplay?
Our goal is to bring together the biggest community of competitive gamers across multiple platforms. stay tuned for more info.

There are 2 ways to access the in-game store:

• From Pause Menu, Select News of the Day. From here you can purchase bundles!
  
• Alternatively, you can place an item that costs Gems (gems will be red text if you don't have enough), then press Buy More Gems button to be redirected.
