Casino Challenge Locked.

I have finished everything, and am ready for the last battle, however I refuse to go there before I have not finished all challenges. And yet, the Casino Challenge is locked for me.

I tried reloading the level, restarting the game, changing difficulty, no success.

Anyone got any ideas?
