Cloud Saves not working?

Recently purchased Bioshock Infinite, love it so far, but my second computer refuses to sync correctly with the cloud saves from my laptop. Both rigs are currently in the Steam Beta Client (the solution 2k games suggested), but no matter what I do, they will not sync correctly.

Anyone else have this problem? Play on one computer and you're fine, but try loading up the game on your second computer, and you get the "Steam was not able to sync files with the cloud for Bioshock Infinite" error message?

I did for a while and mine isn't even Beta.

Eventually I got mine to sync by turning Steam Cloud OFF in the Steam Library menu, played a quick game so it would auto save and change the files, exit game, restarted my computer, turned Steam Cloud back ON in the Steam Library menu and clicked Play. At this point it prompted me to choose if I wanted to Upload or Download save data to the Steam Cloud.

I'm having same issue, main PC has just been shipped off (moving countries) and now on my laptop temporarily but Steam save wont sync. Tried switching to beta client and also tried the Besters suggestions but no good.... any ideas?
