My friend said that Booker DeWitt and Comstock are two different people. They can not be the same person.
Because when you load any level of play, you can see Booker's profile - and it is clearly written that the eye color - green.
And looking at the Comstock - we can see that he has blue eyes ... Consequently they can not be the same person.


It's amazing that no one had paid any attention to it. !!!

Technically, they are two different people, it's just they're alternate versions of the same person. I don't think it's too much of a stretch that Comstock's eyes were different, considering his voice wasn't the same as Booker's either and that he was suffering from tear exposure.

They are the same person with minor alternate differences, their different but the same, also comstocks voice is different from bookers as well, even the voice actor is different. its just like the lutece twins, they are not really twins but the same person with the cromossome diference

Keep in midn that time-space travelling can really affect you physically, Comstock turned sterile and aged incredibly fast by doing so, so his eye color changing aswell because of that wouldn't be much of a surprise.

Constants and variables. Remember the Lutece siblings? They're the same person across difference dimensions, but they just happen to be of the opposite sex. You can apply the same reasoning behind the color of Comstock's eyes.

Even with the dimension crossing, the Luteces still have the same hair and eye colour as each other. Their appearance didn't change despite all this going back and forth, but why did Comstocks?

It's very simple. While Booker and Comstock are alternat version of each other, they are not from the same "base" reality, but realities that are very similar. The know differences are Booker having green eys and Lutece being male. For Comstock he has blue eyes and Lutece is female.

im sorry since when is it confirmed that the luteces are the same person and there gender is the variable? why would the girl be so entranced with finding a duplicate of her self that is a guy? she wasn't something happend that caused her brother to die in her reality.

I'm not sure that it ever was confirmed, but the fact that they tend to finish each other’s sentences,* and that Robert was from a different universe, suggest Robert and Rosalind were alternate versions of the same person.

And they were both messing with the same kind of experiments and found that they could use the manipulation of a particle to communicate with one another. The difference was that Rosalind had the funding from Comstock to finish her research and build the tear machine.

*Rosalind said that it would be strange if they did not finish each others senteces.

If somethign as big as gender can change, there's no reason to believe eye color can't. You also see physical differences between all the different Elizibi in the ending. Plus, certain things can change your eye color in real life as well.
