[Mac] Lansdowne Residence unreachable

I found the key to the chest at the Lansdowne Residence and I'm not able to get back into the building, as the balcony is unreachable from the hook. (And I suspect the house has been turned into the wrong direction…)

Is this a known glitch with a known fix, and is there a patch on the way for the Mac version?

There's a point after you grab the key (I think once you get Murder of Crows) that the building you need to reach will move just far enough that you can't get in anymore. It's best to go back as soon as you find the key. I kinda wish I knew about it the first time I played the game, but made sure to remember the next time =P

I never had this problem. Have you tried jumping on the balcony?

It's technically impossible to jump on to the balcony, so I suspect this to be a glitch of some sorts.
