Help with DLC issues?

I bought the Season Pass DLC. When i right click the game and clock "view downloadable content, it shows that I ahve a Season Pass.

Howeever... When I open Bioshock Infinite, the DLC option is still unclickable!

Help would be.... Much abliged.

I've got the same exact problem too except that I noticed that it says preorder when I look at what it describes it as when right clicking. I'm on Mac though. I would love to hear an answer though!

The only things to do, really, are to verify the integrity of the game files, and if you haven't done it recently, restart steam.

If those don't fix the issue I'd contact irrational games directly.

I'm on a mac as well. How do I verify the integrity of the game files? I'm new to Steam.

I'm uncertain if the procedure differs on a mac, but on PC steam you right click the game (already running into problems here lol), select properties, then switch to the local files tab. The bottom option is verify integrity of game cache. If it differs on mac, then look for similar key words.

Also, expect steam to not let you do anything else involving steam while the verification is going on. Good luck to you, mate.

The 1st DLC (Clash in the Clouds) for Mac is not out yet, but will be released on September 12th.
