Bugs/Glitches in my game. Anyone else?

Some of the things I've noticed, and been annoyed by..

- Sometimes, when pressing F to open a tear, Elizabeth agrees to do it, but the tear doesn't open.
- Often, I am killed before I finish respawning (while screen is still white)
- Currently, I have finished killing all of the enemies on the 15th wave of the theatre, but it did not acknowledge that I am finished. I am running around the level, with no enemies and no progression. I refuse to reload and play all 15 waves again. I refuse.

Please fix.

I should add

- Moments of getting stuck in mid-air when exiting skyline.
- Pressing space with skyline highlighted sometimes just leads to a regular jump.

- In the level I'm currently stuck in, there appears to be a door and a mechanism of some sort just floating in mid air.
