How to fix low fps of the game.(stuttering)

B. Infinite gave me headaches the first time i played. but after a 4 hours searching and looking for a solution i finally found it
i mixed every solution i found and the game now runs perfectly, no fps lower than 50(in really high crowned places) and no glitches by now.
first go to:
* C:\[User Account]\Documents\My Games\Bioshock Infinite\XGame\Config and open the XEngine.ini file in a text editor(highly recommend to copy this file in case the help might doesnt work on your pc). Search for PoolSize and change the value from the default 400 to 640.
*SmoothFrameRate=True to False
*OneFrameThreadLag=True to False
*Save the file
*open the game and change every graphic option to medium and ambient oclussion to NO
*enjoy the game :)
