Laughing?! I tought that guy was the creepiest f**king thing in the entire game. That was the moment I stopped thinking about the whole game as a "yay, I'm going around shooting stuff" kind of game, and realised what a twisted place this Rapture was.

That's one hell of a messed up thing for a disfigured madman to sing while looting rotting corpses at the bottom of the ocean, ain't it? But then again, I'v only played trough the game once, and that was one of the few lines that really stuck, probably because I heard it a lot.
