Best weapon and vigor upgrades??

I found the sniper rifle and carbine to be my favourite weapons. Shock Jockey and Possession were definitely my most-used viogors; I found them to be pretty essential while playing on harder difficulties. It totally depends on your style, though.

Bioshocks always more of a preference when it comes to builds. I stuck to the hand-cannon, murder of crows, and return to sender on my first 1999.

Murder of Crows I like as it distracts and damages enemies.

Upgrades I mean, not weapons and vigors itself

Im playing on hard and i have found that the fully upgraded sniper rifle and shock jocky mixed with the 50% damage to handyman gear on made easy work out of handymen.

I liked all the vigors really well, though I used charge and undertow the least. But, I used them in special occasions, mostly to knock rocket dudes off platforms.

I recomend using bucking bronco with the chain upgrade and a shotgun for close range. Bucking Bronco was probably my favorite vigor.
