Also when will the DLC be ready for download?
But no, it really doesn't change anything of note.
Oh, I suppose the dialogue immediately following your initial choice is different. "I thought he'd choose the ______" there the blank is filled in by the thing you didn't choose.
At the end scene, when you turn around to see Elizabeth, Booker says "wait... you are not her", and she is at this time missing the jewelry she was just wearing right before she entered the room. She is wearing neither the bird or the cage at this one time. I'm fairly certain that they originally intended to change this jewelry depending on whether you picked the bird or the cage, but later removed it completely for time restraints or something.
thats probably true, also if you look at the elizabeth that walks on the other bridge after entering the seound lighthouse you will see that, that booker and elizabeth have made the choices that you didn't, e.g if you react to the man on the phone, the other one will have a cloth around his hand, and if you have the cloth the other booker won't have it
I originally chose Bird. Little did I know that the bird was her prison and the cage was her freedom. On my second playthrough I chose cage for sure. I didn't notice any actual difference though.
