Kill the Siren tactics?
I finished the game on Hard, now on 1999 Mode. Beat the Siren twice, but at Comstock's House there's no way to hide or take some over. Can't kill her minions - if that count anything. What's the Siren weakenes anyway?

She's weak against Devil's Kiss.

Use shock jockey on the zombies and kill them while they're under the effect of the vigor. They turn to ash when they die and she can't res them any more. Ash them all and she's pretty weak. Get the chain shock upgrade and wear the Storm hat. You can kill them one by one with a single vigor and a shotgun.

#Maha: I didn't tried Devil's Kiis, thanks.

#JKflipflop: you mean I can kill all the deads - haha - then only left she's alone? I just thought her minions are... Infinite.

She keeps reviving them as you kill them. If you turn them to ash she'll eventually run out of zombies.

The way I figured it was to use return to sender. Get close and let her do her area attack while letting all of her minions shoot you and then release it all back on her. Rinse and repeat until you run out of salts.

I did it today on 1999 mode... Here's how:

Avoid the zombies, focus her.
Use "Burning Halo" hat, and "Brittled Skinned" shoes.
Upgrade Charge aid, so you get brief vulnerability after charging.
Find a Volley gun.
When she first spawns - spam this combo:
1 - Charge (so youll be immune to dmg for a small time)
2 - Melee (so she takes 2X dmg from shoe gear)
3 - Shoot like crazy with the volley gun

She'll be dead after around 20 seconds.

This. She runs out of minions, or at least there wont be enough of them to pose a threat.

There is one behind the gravestone over the open grave with a corpse in underwear in it.

Spectral Sidekick gear is really useful in these fights. Basically unlimited flak gun ammo

That one worked for me. After a few raising their minions are left. Even the Musquito are kill her after that. :)

Well, my strategy was head-shot her while using Devil's Kiss on everyone. Also, an idle target is an easy target, so the best thing to do IMO is run-aim-shoot-vigor until she's gone.
I.. shot them.

Step 2 is redundant. The Charge vigor counts as a melee attack, so anything you charge automatically gets hit with Brittle-Skinned.

Really, as lone as you have Burning Halo, Brittle Skinned, and the invulnerability upgrade on the Charge vigor, you can shoot her with pretty much anything. Though, I don't know if I'd recommend the sniper rifle :P

Just charge her, shoot a few times, charge again, etc. You can compeltely ignore the minions because they will disappear as soon as you defeat her.

@ALL: All the bosses/sub-bosses are weak against a certian elemental damage as that's where the "Bio" comes in to play. ;)

As I pointed here for the ghost: http://steamcommunity.com/app/8870/discussions/0/828934913357390812/

Actually, the bio comes into play because that is the name of the first, named that because of the biological mutations.
