Industrial Revolutions DLC - how to get my lockpicks?

Hi.
I preordered game on steam, got first bio and xcom, and inactive Industrial revolutions dlc. It shows in DLC tab when i view properties of the game.

As far as i understand, to activate this DLC, i must play that flash game, win code at level 12, and redeem it on steam. I got 2 problems tho:
1) www.finkmanufacturing.com doesnt seem to work. When regging - no confirmation email. When logging via facebook, nothing happens. Fb popup comes up, i click OK, and got returned to first page.
2) Lets suppose finkmanufacturing.com starts to work again. I need some kind a preorder code to create account there. Where can i get it? Cant seem to find it anywhere.

Am i doing something wrong or misunderstanding here?

Strange, I got the gear, but no lockpick.

I just typed lockpicks, in reallity i got nothing - no lockpicks, no gear, no money ;/

Once you get to level 12 you select 'My Rewards' at the top of the screen and it will give you a code. You add it as a product to your libary list and it will unlock the pre-load gear. To get it, simply reach the Blue Ribbon (a club, pub, restaurant thing) within the game and all your stuff will be lying around on a table.

The lock picks are handed to you at the point you have Elizabeth by your side and you unlock your first lock.

Nope, sign up on the above website and select Steam. Sign in with your Steam details (it's the OpenID so same as Steamgifts perfectly safe) and then follow the steps and do the puzzles.

You get the lockpicks as soon as you pick up a lockpick in the game, or at least that's what happened to me.

I've had the same problem. 2k's tech solution is for me to get another e-mail address. Great solution!!!

Looks like emails sent by finkmanufacturing.com dont like lots of antispam systems.. Email dont even go to spambox, it gets deleted automatically. I followed advice to add [e-mail] to email whitelist, and now i am able to register.
I use gmail, so i added new contact to my contact lib, with that email. Google automatically whitelists all emails from contact lib.
