Where's the clock shop?

I've been walking in circles around Finkton for a very long time. I see entrances to the Good Time Club, Shantytown, Fink's factory, and the Visitor's Center (I think it's called). There are also two small workshops, one with garments, one with a boxcar and some crates. There's a pier-like area that looks out onto empty air. Where is the clock shop in relation to one of those? Thanks.

It's right by the pier -- double doors there, I think they need to be picked.

I was confused about this too, because Elizabeth mentions searching for loot in the clock shop as soon as you enter Finkton Proper. Yet, there's no sign with "clock manufacturing building" etc. on it. So, how'd she know there was a clock shop? Weird.

It's easy to miss because it's not on the main path, it's out of the way.
