FOV slider with no values?

Anyone know which config value we need to edit to set it to a nice even 90? I can't deal with the slider, it's not helpful.

does anyone have a solution to this yet? I see a bunch of other stuff but nothing on getting exact values yet.

Default is 70FOV, +/- 15 with slider. No clue why it was too hard for them to add numbers.

Can you prove that? Where are you getting this from. So you are sayig that max is at 85 FOV and min 55? How to get 90 exactly?

Proof? You're funny. But sure, here goes:

Documents\My Games\BioShock Infinite\XGame\Config
XEngine.ini has a line: FOVAngle=70.000000
XUserOptions.ini has: MaxUserFOVOffsetPercent=15.000000

Proof enough?

right but how exactly does offset percent work? as in at default before editing any config, if i go to max FOV slider what is my current FOV? also how can i get exactly 90?

Just edit the ini files.

1. Navigate to %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\My Games\BioShock Infinite\XGame\Config\.
2. Locate and open file XUserOptions in text editor (notepad for example).
3. Locate line MaxUserFOVOffsetPercent=15.000000 and change its value to 28.570000.
4. Start the game and set the FOV slider to the maximum and you will get a 90º FOV.
