Just calm down and wait. Thousands of preorders, and keep in mind that this unlocked in the middle of the night on the west coast of the US.

If you have difficulty calming down, light people on fire in TF2, while wearing the Bioshock Infinite pre-order mask. That's the coolest hat for Pyro, ever.

Have you started TF2? You won't receive the items until you are in game (at least that is how it worked for me).
