Sally....in BioShock Infinite?
As is always, there are going to be spoilers and if you haven't finished either BSI or BAS then get off of your fat ♥♥♥ and finish it.

So, I was playing through BioShock Infnite for the second time and I was keeping a keener eye out for voxophones. Last time, I wasn't that concerned with uncovering every single plot detail, but now I've gone rummaging and made a discovery: Sally (<i> A </i> Sally, mind you) is hidden in the base game!

Now, this Sally is neither a little girl, nor is she (probably) in any way similar to the Sally in BAS, but it is interesting that such a character exists. Here was my process of discovery:

So, yeah. There is a woman named Sally in BioShock Infnite. All of that evidence above proves it. But what does this also tell us?

1. The developers took the time to record these lines and draw the posters during Infnite's development. This means that
2. Either she was meant to be a larger character in Infinite and was later dropped, or
3. They knew long in advance that Burial at Sea would be made with a little girl named Sally,
who would, essentially, serve as the plot's motivation.

What do you guys think?

If i had to bet 3.

But not a little girl , they just thought about creating this extra NPC , they could use later , i would not make a bet they decided before hand she would become a little sister.

I noticed this. I think this is foreshadowing the events of Burial at Sea.

The Salty Oyster is a nod to the underwater city of Rapture.

NIce find. It has to be too much of a coincidence that there's two characters in the series with the same name. Like Elizabeth said, there's constants and variables.
