What did the Infinite pre-purchase come with?

I seem to remember pre-purchasing Infinite came with the Seasons Pass DLC stuff yet I dont have access to any of the DLC from the store page and nothings in my library. Am I remembering wrong, or has there been a glitch somewhere?

The ingame rewards are redeemed using a download code issued on the BioShock Infinite: Industrial Revolution website, subsequent to play. Once the Industrial Revolution Reward Pack is downloaded, the ingame rewards can be collected at The Blue Ribbon, a restaurant entered by the player towards the beginning of BioShock Infinite, shortly after The Raffle in Chapter 1.

No, I'm not wrong. Columbia's Finest combines a lot of separate deals. The Industrial Revolution Pack was only one of them.

So, a person who pre-ordered BioShock Infinite only got some of the content from the Columbia's Finest DLC. Not all of it.

@Rear Admiral Turdburgler As was said above, pre-ordering BioShock Infinite did not include any DLC content covered by the Season Pass.
