is the brooch of elizabeth the bird by default in burial at the sea?

Since I chose cage in the main game, and when i see the brooch is bird in the dlc, I am wondering whether it is designed as it is in order to indicate that this elizabeth is not the same one in the main game. Or it is bird in every case...
