1. Set language of game to 'Japanese'
2. Go to "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\BioShock Infinite" or wherever your installation is located
3. Go to XGame -> Localization
4. Copy the contents of all the .INT files in INT folder
5. Delete the contents of all the .jpn files in JPN folder
6. Paste the contents of all the .INT files to JPN folder
7. Use command prompt to rename all the file extensions from .INT files to .jpn (easier to use command prompt to rename rather than using UI to rename one by one)\
8. Turn off Auto Updating for Bioshock Infinite
You should have subtitles and menus in English and voices in Japanese.
EDIT: spelling mistake
Also, to do batch renaming faster, use command prompt and type ren *.int *.jpn. Enjoy the the DLC in Japanese!
how to use command prompt?
