The problem is, before 2K Marin was revealed to be the new official developers for the series, they underwent a huge staff reduction, and the studio was practically gutted, save for a few employees. 2K announced that 2K Marin will be in control of the BioShock series, but that doesn't mean there will be a new game. 2K Marin will have to decide for themselves whether to make a new BioShock game and considering that their website has only has two people listed under "Our Talent", I think it'll be awhile before the studio is strong enough to make a new BioShock game.
No company can bring us a true BioShock without Ken Levine. BioShock (game) is over until Levine decides to go back to it (and he hasn't denied this possibility, but has stated that this is not happening for a while).
Wow. You definitely need to play Burial at Sea 1 and 2. If you haven't playe Bioshock 1 and 2, do that before BaS.
maybe if only they improve the combat.
