Fullscreen issues
i've just started the game and everything works fine but when i change screen resolution (it starts in 1080p and i set 1366x768 or lower) the picture became small and there are black borders all around.
I've already tried to apply the solutions that worked for Bioshock and Bioshock 2 ("-dx9" or "-nointro" tags in game start settings) and tried to change screen resolution from the Windows control panel...nothing worked...

Any help?

Do you have any other files / windows open, for example skype from the inernet - this commonly effects the games capability to go full screem

Nope, no windows or apps open.
The game goes fullscreen but the picture doesn't fit to screen. It remains small and surrounded by black borders.

Check your CCC for AMD or NCP for Nvidia and look for desktop size and position, make sure you have 'full screen' checked and not 'aspect ratio' or 'no scaling'. This is my first place I usually look if my screen is having that issue.

Neither...i'm on a Dell Inspiron 17 with an Intel HD Graphics 4400 and a Nvidia GeForce GT 750M but in the Nvidia Control Panel i don't have any option to modify screen resolution. I have it in the Intel Graphic settings but i cannot change it, it's stuck in "keep aspect ratio"

i wouldnt blame it on the intel, im (embarressing) using intel 4000 and runs perfectly fine, i cant see what the problem could be... is your storage near max?

Oh no, i'm not blaming Intel :) i've only described my situation
However...no, storage is almost half empty (Samsung SSD 840 Pro); 61 GB free of 118 total

hmm... its weird.. my only guess is that during the download, one of the files failed to install... or moved elsewhere resulting in it being able to run full screen 0.o mind=blown

mmmh, i don't think so :) i had the same problem with Bioshock and Bioshock 2 but i solved setting some parameters like "-nointro" or "-dx9"...unfortunately these seems to not work with Infinite

thats really depressing ;-; bioshock 2 was just so bad at crashing XD ... if you managed to save bioshock 2.. i have faith in you to fix infinite :3
