What exactly is a "Season Pass"?

You mean like at csgo, when you buy breakout pass (aka season pass) and you can play and do missions specific amount of time?


There isn't any temporary access to DLC's. You buy season pass, it's yours. No limited access to your DLC's.


Season pass it's like a bundle.

I don't play cs:go so I'm not familiar with this sort of thing. So a season pass is basically like a GOTY bundle? Does it include the base game?

GOTY is usually base game + extra stuff (extra dlc's). Season pass is only extra stuff alias extra dlc's

I think the actual term season pass means within a certain period any released DLC you would normally buy is free. Once that season has passed though any new DLC would need to be purchased. Think thats what KT are doing with DOA5 season pass anyway.

I think I understand it then. You get all the DLCs forever but not the actual game itself. A strange name for it but at least I know what it is now. Thank you everyone. Cheers.
