Dev console or noclip

is there nay way to bring up a dev console to use noclip or a certain keybinding that would allow noclip (i highly doubt the second one though considering i've pressed every key on my keyboard). i don't want to use it for cheating or anything i just want to explore levels a bit more and fly around.
