This time around, I am getting particular enjoyment out of Return to Sender.
It's amazing and OP
I played as melee/close-range in the first game. I think I will try this and/or the Undertow pull/Shock Jockey combo in 1999 mode.
Upgrade MOC fully and you can lay a trap or two, then when the enemies die they become crow traps. You can take out many enemies just by laying a couple of crow traps.
All the vigors have their own strengths, but most work well when fully upgraded. You just have to figure out which ones suit your play style the best and upgrade those fully, as you don't have enough money to upgrade them all fully.
As I stated earlier Undertow is my favorite, with my second favorite being a toss up between devils kiss and shock jocky.
Undertow to me is just very usefull. You can knock people off Columbia with it. Or pull up to three enemies to you at once then do a combo with shock jocky or devils kiss for an instant kill.
Plus undertow shocks the patriots when you pull them with it. And when you pull with it the enemies are suspended in front of you for a few seconds so you can get crits on say a handyman with no trouble.
But that is just my play style. I could easily use any of the other vigors to accomplish the same things.
