Charge 2nd location?

Looking back, I realised I completely missed charge and was wondering if there is a 2nd location or if I'm going to have wait till my 2nd playthrough :( Also wondering at what point you can get return sender because I missed it too...

Return to Sender can be found in the secret room in the Salty Oyster Bar. And in an alley in Downtown Emporia.

Charge can only be found outside the elevator in Finkton in an office after visiting Shanty Town, that I'm aware of. I may have missed a second bottle as after I get the Vigors the extra bottles just become Salts so I don't pay attention to them much, so there may be another bottle somewhere. If so it's probably in a locked room or maybe on Comstocks airship at the end.

Edit: After a quick google search, It seems if you miss it (Charge) you can buy if from a vending machine on Comstocks Airship, Although I can't personal verify this.

You can buy any of the vigors you missed from any Veni Vidi Vigor machine, so I suggest you stroll up to one of those and throw your money at it :)
