basically if you're getting 45-60 fps on bioshock i'd say to expect 30-45 on Fallout but what do I know...
Also, with that card you should be doing more than 45-60 on Infinite, my 280x does 60-80+ on High-Ultra settings.
But yeah, of course your computer will be able to handle it, it would be outrageous to think that a year or two after spending that much money on a card like that it wouldn't run new AAA games well.
I just started playing the burial at sea dlc and I also have a 280x. I get like 120-160 on max settings but I switched to the fps lock since my monitor is 60 hz and there was some minor screen tearing at the super high framerates that were unnecessary with my setup. And I don't have the greatest cpu either, A10 6700.
If I had to guess why I'm getting unusually high framerates with this game it might be the AMD optimization of the game but I'm not sure. Its a new gpu and I've only tried a couple games on it so far but this game definitely runs above and beyond better than anything else I've tried on it.
