Problems in Burial at Sea Episode 1

I've gotten to the point where I have to close the last vent in the toys department, and the objective arrow points through the showroom to a locked door. I've read walkthroughs which say that Elizabeth is supposed to crawl through the vent next to the door, but that never happens for me. Is there any way to procede, or do I have to restart the game?

Also the gear High and Mighty doesn't seem to be working. When winter shield is created it appears on screen, but after taking one shot it dissappears and I still take damage.

Hi Daniel.You have to give her a boost,the same way you did when Daisy was going to kill Fink's child in the main game.Are you getting the prompt to give her a boost next to the vent? If you are,press 'F' and she should do it.If not,then you might have a bug. Hope this helps!

I ended up having to restart, the splicers in the room never spawned so the prompt to open the door and then bost Elizabeth never appeared.

I have the same problem. I saw in walkthroughs that Elizabeth is supposed to crawl through the vent next door, but I just can't to give her some boost. Well, this is why I hate DLCs! Normal game is absolutly perfect but DLC is bugged every time...
