Is their NO option for subtitles for voxophones?

Sometimes I can barely hear what they are saying even though the sound in game and off game is maxed up. Its even worst when I am in a fight

There are no subtitles for voxophones but if you go into menu of all the voxophones, it shows what is being said in text if you want to read them.
