When does the DLC start in the game?
I'm replaying Infinite with the Burial at Sea episodes 1 and 2 DLC, when does this start? Does it happen at a certain point in the main game? If so when? Or does it start when I've finished the main game?

Unless I'm mistaken, the DLC is after the events of the main storyline. No spoilers, but if you are replaying, then you know that there are other things Elizabeth must do after the main storyline has ended. If you play Burial far enough in, you will see it explained, especially in Burial 2.

Select the episode you want from the DLC menu.

Indeed, if there just was a DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT menu anywhere in the game.

ON main menu, go to downloadable content, and then click which ever episode you wanna play.

I see. Well I'll wait until I've finished the main game, I've played it before so I know how it ends but didn't think DLC after the ending would make much sense. I assumed it would happen about half-way through or something (after the tower).

The DLC makes a lot of sense and is a very, very good conclusion to the game (and the series). Burial at Sea (in particular episode 2) is *much* better than the main game, and makes the main game feel more like a boring introduction to the Burial at Sea story. It really is what the main game should have been.

DLC are the separate complete game which takes part between Bioshock Infinite and Bioshock and explains the connection between Columbia and Rapture. You must complete both Bioshock AND B:Infinite before playing the Burial at Sea.

Well that's good because I've already completed Bioshock 1 and 2 sometime ago.
