Which also means I can't tell you what the difference is, because... as I said, it worked just fine out of the box.
Will post again if I find a fix. Old game, wouldn't hold your breath
Well it is a genuine Microsoft controller connected to the Intel bluetooth m.2 key on my Asrock B550m Steel Legend motherboard. The issue only occurs when I launch the game through Steam. The controller works as it should when launching through Geforce Experience. The work around is ok but mildly annoying. HIGHGRADESMOKER87 there is no need to be a douche calling anyone a liar or troll, but I will excuse it. Your use of capital letters and punctuation reveal your intelligence level.
Dude that is just rude and small minded, not cool.
Lol sounds like something a troll would say. Controller works as intended with other games, just nothing at all with this one. If this issue doesn't plague you, kudos. You just confirmed that you are the troll here..
Been in contact with 2k support, tried some basic troubleshooting, Queried me about my set up. I even tried a different model wireless receiver, fresh install of windows plus a bios update jic, but no joy.
No progress just yet but again; will update later if a fix is found.
And dont feed the trolls, just report them and ignore them.
Also try disable Steam input in Steam app>Bioshock infinite>options. Controller will still works but with the controllersupport build in the game itself instead of Steam.
