Is Elizabeth 18 or 19? [potential spoilers]
This is probably just a trivial question but, she appears to be 19 because she was just a baby in october 8th 1893 when Comstock took her away, and perhaps she was born in that same year, and since Bioshock Infinite takes place in 1912, that would make her 19.

But that really depends on whether she was born before or after July (I'm not sure if there's an already established or stated day/month of her birthday, or if BI's shifts in time change the date), because as far as I remeber, BI mainly happens in July and if Elizabeth was born after July in 1893 that would make her 18 instead. Like, can anyone tell the difference between a baby that is 2 months old and one that is 4 months?

The Bioshock wiki places Elizabeth at nineteen for BSI and twenty for BaS. Remember Elizabeth has to go through 5+ months with Comstock while Booker is in 1984 and she is in Rapture for months before the end of BaS. sm

It's been a while since I've last played / read about Bioshock, so forgive if I'm forgeting key details but, are there information regarding Elizabeth just after she was taken away? I really didn't understand the part about she staying 5+ months with Comstock while Booker is in 1894 (I think you meant that).

Elizabeth was taken away by Songbird right before the pair entered Comstock House (July 7th 1912) Booker tried to follow and was taken to Jan 1st, 1984 by Old Elizabeth. While he didn't spend much time there, when she sent him back to 1912 is was *months* after he had left. A Voxophone in Comstock House called "Pavlov's Bell" ( http://bioshock.wikia.com/wiki/Pavlov%27s_Bell ) is dated December 23 1912. This is the first Voxophone Booker finds right after he gets back to 1912. It's sitting one a nearby table when he arrives. And the surgery he talks about in the Voxophone is the one they are just starting. So the date is likely Dec 23, 1912. More that 4 months after Songbird took Elizabeth. sm

Oh, right, yes, I get it now thanks! That certainly proves that by the end of the game she is in fact 19 and in BaS 20. But is there any certain agreement regarding the early parts of the game, those which occur around July, before Booker was sent months ahead in Comstock's house? Because for that to be known we would need to identify somehow how old is baby Elizabeth, so it's possible to assert whether she was born before or after July.

This is probably meaningless or useless but like I said, just trivial information really. But, if you look a bit deeper, this little information would actually mean the difference for Elizabeth to have her 19 birthday while being tortured, doctrinated and losing hope, or having it with Booker in those brief moments when they started growing fond of each other and developing a kind of "friendship".

Levine hasn't said when Anna was born. (I asked directly one time). It's possible the info could be in the BSI novel though. sm

If you look on the board that tracks the rise of Elizabeth's powers, which can be found in her tower, it indicates that she is 20 years old. But she may have spent 19 years in Columbia.

Spoilers for Bioshock 1.
This would tie in with the 19 years of accelerated growth that Jack experienced, while growing up in Rapture. Was Jack 20 years old when Bioshock 1 took place?

As for the date when Booker met Old Elizabeth, I am guessing that took place on the 31st December 1983. This ties in with the idea of Constants and Variables.

Nice! Just checked my old screenshot box of BI, it's possible to see clearly that the power variations have passed the 19 line, and possibily reached the 20.

Also, I just did a quick research on babies hair growth, and apparently 5 months old babies have almost no hair, since it's just started growing, and baby Anna's hair has almost reached it's full growth. Perhaps that would indicate she's already 1 year old before Comstock took her (or at least close to it), and thus spent 19 years in Columbia.

This directly contradicts info on wikia, but can anyone assert that wikia is 100% correct? Also, that age/power board in monument island appears to be clear evidence (unless the design team is not really concerned with story details).
