How to play this game in offline mode?

I cant play this game in offline mode.is says firstly,'searching for update'.Then 'this game can not be played in offline mode'.Please help me guys.

Are you sure the game is up to date?

yes.When I online my steam,there is no update.Futhermore,this type of game is does not require any update after that game installed.
