Lady Comstock is impossible on 1999 Mode! Need help with strategy

So, obviously my problem here is that Lady Comstock is impossible to defeat on a 1999 run. I have tried to set up as many Shock Jockey traps as possible before opening her coffin but it does nothing but eat up my Salts. Return to Sender works for a short period of time but once I'm out of Salts, I'm pretty much dead. I tried Charge with a Shotgun and Burning Halo, but I'm barely even making a dent. Worst of all, I'm gonna have to fight her another two times and I've only got like $500-600 left in my wallet. The only way is to keep restarting the checkpoint until I've killed her. Can anyone give any tips as to how I can beat her?

You need to take as many headshots as you can. Use sniper rifle or another precise weapon. Return to sender is great but it needs to be fully upgraded. Run around and don's spend your ammo on usual enemies.

Well for starters don't use Shock Jockey on her because she's immune to it. And also to make your life easier, use Shock Jockey to stun and then kill all her followers, because their bodies will be disintegrated and she will not be able to resurrect them.

That was prolly hardest rest of the game was pretty easy just takes trial and error till you win.

I used charge vigor with both upgrades and volley gun combined with burning halo to kill her. took me 5-7 seconds to beat her ass on 1999 mode.

Use the upgraded charge ram, shoot her with shotgun while you are invincible, charge again and shoot again while invincible. I killed her every time in seconds. Seriously, you can knock her senseless with no effort.

Wait there's a harder mode? I thought she was hell on hard mode but now I'm m scared of what she's like and n 1999 mode D:

I thought she was a nightmare incarnate when I played back then on '99, but replaying her last week I got all her encounters laughably easy.

On the graveyard you need a shotgun and a sniper. use shotty to kill minions, get on the roofed balcony and snipe her when she raises dead. if she comes close, headshot her with shotty and run away. Of course, sniper and shotgun should be as much buffed as possible.

In the bank just don't come out of the vault, they all cannot enter.

On the square before Comstock House get to the farthest niche and snipe her from that spot.
