Did Booker AND Comstock both die?
I understand pretty much everything, even the dlc's but I can't get past when all of the Elizabeth's drown "Booker" at the baptism. Does this kill all versions of Booker/Comstock (good and bad) or just the Comstock's?

It kills all Bookers that accept the baptism, so basically just all the Comstocks. This is probably the most comforting fact about the end of the game, especially with that post-credits scene that shows us that there are Bookers who will live happily with their Annas.

Thank you! Hard for me to grasp but thanks for the help :)

When I first completed Infinite it took me almost a week to fully understand it, and the DLCs just made it worse....
Not worse in a bad way though, this game and Burial at Sea are all amazing.

But doesn't quatum dimensional theory dictate that the Booker Elizabeth drowned would only be removed from his own dimension? Hence we still see "a Booker" alive in a later scene. This is just based off of the main game's ending, I haven't seen the dlcs'

Well essentially all the Bookers that branch off from that event are now gone from the planes of existence

The sad part is the elizabeth that we grew to love throughout the game never existed, she never had those memories, anna is still alive but when she grows up she will be a completely different person to the one we got to know and that just makes me cry erry tim

So Elizabeth kind of died along with Comstock

Well all of the Comstocks never had daughters anyway, but I see what you mean.

As far as the game is concerned, In the games universe they may All be dead. In reality you would add "probability theory" and the very actions they take would constantly cause a ripple giving the probabiliy of the same or similar occurance within a any givin' dimension.

Burial at sea seems to hint at this. However the cycle does apparently end, but only at the Developers' (of the game) discretion.

Would we really want Anna to remember being Elizabeth? Elizabeth was badly damaged mentaly by the end. Everything that had happened her nearly broke her (most people would have gone totaly gibbering insane). It's really for the best she does not remember. Maybe when she grows up the memories would not destroy her.

As for being a totaly different person, I don't think so. While there may be some differences, Anna in most respects should be similar to early game Elizabeth, but with a more life experience. Maybe a little more willing to stand on her own two feet and stronger. sm
