PHYSX-> CPU shows in game

When I play the text PHYSX-> CPU shows in game.
Is there a way to disable it?

Go to Nvidia Control Panel > Click on 3D settings ( its on the top, near dektop) > Click on Show Physx Visual Indicator. That should disable it.
