Columbia's Finest DLC

I wanted to buy Bioshock Infinite: Columbia's Finest DLC, because its on sale right now.
However, when I want to purchase it, Steam says I already own that DLC.
It says that on the store page too, but when I scroll down on the Bioshock Infinite Store Page where I can see all available DLC's for this game, the Columbia's Finest one is not marked as owned.
And when I view my downloadable content of Bioshock, its also not listed there.
So, do I own it now or not?

I own the Season Pass of Bioshock, but when I go to the store page of it, the columbia's finest DLC is not listed as part of the Season Pass.

CF was originally the different preorder bounuses from different sources (like you get a few things from Gamestop for a preorder and so different stuff if preordered from somone else). As such it's NOT included with Season Pass. It's just some Gear and weapon upgrades (+money) and not important. sm

No its not a preorder bonus its a Season Pass Bonus. You only need to buy the Seasons Pass to get the pack but it is called "Early Bird Special Pack" in the Seasons Pass ;)

The DLC "Columbia's Finest" came a month later (25 Jun, 2013) then the seasons pass (and game) (26 Mar, 2013). But as you know most people cry like little babys if there is speacial DLC which you only get if you buy the seasons pass, so they made it buyable for everyone and renamed it.

So thats why it is not listed in the DLC Section of you Library and you can't buy it.

If someone want to know if he have the "Early Bird Special Pack" he needs only to play a new game. Before you enter the Bar with the Lutece Twins a message pops up.
They thank you for buying the Seasons Pass and also they say you that you have to grab your bonus before you enter the Monument Island.

you don't get shotgun, sniper rile that was exclusive to gamestop,bestbuy's pre-order. you get gold pistol and machine gun with early bird special pack. and gears and upgrades are completely different. you should look it up.

Columbia's Finest is back and now I have the game and this DLC in my library and I don't know what to do with it or what the differences are. Is it the base game + all the DLC or what? Why are they separated?

Same doom, must be from a new steam update or something. I bought the BioShock collection with all original and DLC and remasters and then I found this in my library yesterday, soooo

I got "BioShock Infinite - Columbia's Finest Package" activated in my licenses (from a 3rd party buy) but in the steam store it list me the "BioShock Infinite - Columbia's Finest" (DLC) as not owned.
What have i from the activation ? I am really confused and a search for it in the www don't brought more light at this case.

I'm pretty sure that the "unique" weapons is more or less an additional upgrade available at the weapon vendors. After being fully upgraded, you get that fancy golden paint-job.

EDIT: Well, with the exception of the pistol which has said skin from the get-go and a damage buff.
