*How to skip The Launcher*

(Using your own install directory, below is the example)

"E:\Steam\steamapps\common\BioShock Infinite\Binaries\Win32\BioShockInfinite.exe" %command%

Play,& ENJOY this fix works for all modern launcher products. as well as for older launcher products you can pin to steam recent directory by right clicking steam icon, on the taskbar.

I just tried this after giving up on the launcher and it does work. Unfortunately I already changed my reviews to a negative one lol. Screw it though I'm still leaving it negative. The launcher should still let you play without internet, or maybe it will but it just isn't finding my .exe since it's not on my c: drive. Either way still sloppy launcher.

i'ts buggy. and the reason it might be online only is because it might be collecting data.
after all this company is shady, so i wouldnt be surprised!
also it makes some of their games laggy!
for example the frame lags in mafia 1 remake are worse with the launcher enabled..

Another option to skip the launcher: buy BioShock Infinite on GOG.

I just went ahead and created a bat file to launch the game, converted it to an exe, dropped it into the 2kLauncher Folder named it LauncherPatcher.exe. Good to go no launcher, launch from steam as before.

gog is always an option hehe. but it isnt free :P

Does it not work because you still get a "missing excutable" error to do with LauncherPatcher.exe not being found by Steam? If so have a look at my post here as I had this issue and fixed it by making a fake exe.

could always try making a backup exe, and renaming it. maybe that could work?
