Graphics looks bad at ultra

So i played this game when it came out, and i dont remember that it was that bad.
I mean the flowers look like 2D object from 1999
anyone has a solution ?

It's because the game came out in 2013, and game visuals have improved since then.

Edit: Ahh nevermind, I see what you mean about the flowers. I never actually stopped to smell the roses lol. Not only that, but get a load of the low polygon balloons too. lol
Everything else seems to look exceptionally fine beyond this.

I have an RTX 3090 and started playing it for the first time this week... got to agree the lighting is off sometimes. Makes everything blurry
