As for Bioshock 2, while parts of the story didn’t make much sense, the gameplay mechanics were improved and the Minerva’s Den DLC provides an excellent ending to the story of Rapture. Minerva’s Den also ties up the loose ends which were left by the story of Bioshock 2.
Infinite revived the franchise and increased the possibility of future 'Shock games.
i agree with you here, the second one imo is kind of the weakest but its not bad. Not even close
> I do not believe Bioshock 2 is a bad game
So which one is it? Or are you unable to give your honest opinion when making a passive aggressive response to another thread? Too scared to give your own opinion in that thread or something? You're pathetic.
Otherwise all 3 are great games, both 1 and infinite have some of the biggest plot twits of the videogame history.
I love all of them, also all the dlcs. I am at just 8 trophies from complete infinite at 100%
And infinite open the path for future bioshock stories, an infinite number of universes with everyone its own story.
If you are close enough to the end of the level, you can just run away from the Big Sister and avoid having to fight her.
I do like the underwater-steampunk setting of Bioshock 1 and 2 very much. The grafic and music design is awesome as well. However gameplaywise these games felt way too repetive to me. Like one room full of splicers after another with a few bosses here and there. But anyway, I would recommend Bioshock 1 to everybody, because it's really worth it at the end of the day.
However the ending of Bioshock 2 confused me completely. Seems I still did not understand the story of the game and plottwist there. Guess I should replay it one day.
